Guides Hub

This hub is the English index of Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter guides on this wiki. The game is Nihon Falcom’s 3D remake of Trails in the Sky SC. GungHo Online Entertainment America publishes the western release, and Clouded Leopard Entertainment also handles PC. It is a single-player JRPG: there is no shared campaign, and there is no promo-code economy. Platforms are PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and Steam (app 4225980). The worldwide launch arrives September 17, 2026; some Steam storefronts show September 16 because of timezone.

If you have not touched the remake yet, start with the getting started guide. That page flags spoilers from Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter, compares editions, and explains audio versus text languages. If the free demo is already on your home screen, jump to the demo walkthrough so the prologue A Young Girl’s Decision, Chapter 1 A Looming Shadow, and senior bracer training at Le Locle Canyon stay readable instead of turning into a blur of errands.

Combat, orbments, and party pages

The remake’s battles are the first system most returning players will notice. Encounters can play as Quick Battle or Command Battle. Brave Rush spends two Brave Gauge points to pair the active character with a partner for a wide, high-damage combo. Crafts and S-Crafts are new or upgraded, and Ouroboros Enforcers use Enforcer Boost, an advanced Rage Boost. Those rules live in the combat system guide. Orbments now have seven quartz slots instead of six, and slot enhancement unlocks superior quartz and stronger Arts. Confirmed Arts and role advice are in the orbment and quartz guide. Opinionated rankings belong on the quartz tier list, not in a walkthrough that would have to invent names.

Party identity sits next to combat. Open the players hub and the party members roster when you want Estelle, Joshua, Schera, Olivier, Agate, Tita, Kloe, Zin, Anelace, and later guests in one place. Enforcer and society context is on the Ouroboros page. The party tier list and the tier list hub answer “who to field,” not “what happens in Chapter 2.”

Save bonuses, demo notes, and tools

Two carry systems matter before September. Classic Style SC costumes for Estelle and Joshua come from 1st Chapter clear data, including inside the demo. Story progress, levels, and inventory from the trial can move into the full game from the title screen. Both bonuses are documented in the save transfer guide. Trial length, patch 1.00.1, and missing modes are summarized on the demo updates page.

Hardware and input notes live under the tools hub. Check system requirements before you assume a Steam Deck will lock 60 FPS, and skim controls if you are choosing a pad or a keyboard.

Side systems and launch reading

Fishing now has its own page: the fishing guide covers rods, the notebook, Lloyd in Ruan, and the 1.00.1 crash. Regional layout is the Liberl map. Named Society fights belong on how to beat Enforcers, not in a highway-trash habit. Cooking, poker, and Viewer Mode remain on side content. The demo includes fishing, poker, and cooking. Viewer Mode and Movie Viewer are not in the trial. Cooking failures can create Attack Food for Command Battle, and some dishes buff Quick Battles.

For prices and the calendar, use preorder and edition notes, the release date page, the updates hub, and official links. Standard price, Switch 2 Edition, the upgrade pack, the cosmetic Season Pass, and Golden Wings numbers are collected on those pages instead of being restated here.

Reading order

Treat this hub as a binder. New players should move in this order: getting started, demo walkthrough, combat, how to beat Enforcers, orbments, save transfer, fishing, Liberl map, then side content. Returning Falcom fans can skip straight to combat and costumes. When a system name pops up in the demo — Brave Rush, a seventh slot, Attack Food, Classic Style — open the matching guide instead of a spoiler-heavy thread. Patch numbers belong on updates, not in a copied closing on every page.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for demo players and anyone waiting on the September launch.

Which guide should I open first?

Start with the getting started guide for spoilers, editions, and languages. If the trial is already installed, go to the demo walkthrough.

Where are combat and quartz explained?

Use the combat system for Brave Rush and Enforcer Boost, then the orbment guide for the seventh slot. Rankings sit on the quartz tier list.

How do 1st Chapter saves and the demo carry over?

Both bonuses are on the save transfer guide. Costume notes also appear in demo updates.

Where are fishing, Enforcers, and the Liberl map?

Use the fishing guide, how to beat Enforcers, and the Liberl map. Cooking still sits on side content.

Where do party names and PC specs live?

Roster pages start at party members. Hardware and input are under tools, including system requirements and controls.

Is this a Roblox wiki or a codes list?

Neither. Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter is a single-player Falcom JRPG. Use guides, characters, and official links instead of looking for promo codes.
